About Nathan Allan
I am an Australian American, started my career in IT with various Dot Coms, a seasoned Innkeeper at Olympia Bed and Breakfast, the Swantown Inn, and have always dabbled in Real Estate.
I am now leveraging all of these strengths, offering something unique, taking advantage of a tech background, hospitality and lodging knowledge. I will be focusing on Olympia and the surrounding area. As a Certified Tourism Ambassador, I know Thurston County and the surrounding counties in great detail.
I teach first Homebuyers Classes (Sponsored by Washington State Housing Finance Commission), and willing to assist new homebuyers, while also specializing in relocations. I am able to offer some unique benefits because of my B&B ownership and experience in short term rentals.
Personally I am the proud father of three children, husband to an amazing wife, and an Apprentice beekeeper. I serve on board of the Olympia Beekeepers Asssociation as President, and as a board member for the Eastside Neighborhood Association and Washington Independent Innkeepers Network.
